Kijima Kuwatani who played an active part in Kyoto from Meiji to Showa. Based on thorough sketching, he is known for his excellent art and unique sensibility drawn animal paintings, and in recent years, unknown works have been discovered one after another, and it is a Japanese painter whose sentiment of re-evaluation is increasing. The highlight of the large-scale special exhibition, Part II, held in commemoration of its 140th birthday, is a glossy folding screen. "Yanjizakura figure" "Yoshiko flower figure" of "the four seasons continuous cropping style" which was commissioned to Kijima Kaya in order to decorate the large room of Chausuyama main residence newly built by the fifteenth Sumitomo Yoshisadamon (Shunsuke) We will make a one-time presentation of the chrysanthemum flower figure, "Sumechu flower" and "Akikusa picture".
