The Sumida Museum is about a 5-minute walk from Toei Subway Oedo Line Ryogoku Station. You can learn the secret from the video on the 4th floor observation lounge in an easy-to-understand manner as to how you could restore such a colorful thing from just one black-and-white photo. The greatest highlight of this exhibition is "Sumida River Rygashi Landscape Figura" (Sumibutariganganshi Shizukan).
