The ceiling of the place where the guests sit is higher than where the owner of Kondo is. Normally, great people will sit in high places such as Takaza. Physically, in the tea room it is not possible to put the height below, so the case changes with the ceiling .

Kondo material is also divided by chopsticks and Abashiri. Not only height but also material and design make a difference . This is a feature of Sukiya architecture.

The "air oven" is placed above the tatami, and the "furnace" is embedded below the tatami. What is the difference besides the appearance?
