Touch Japanese beauty at "Kanji-in"
The start is the head of Nanzenji "Konjiin". It is a temple related to the famous monk Suwon, who was called "Kuroi's kin" under Ieyasu Tokugawa. First of all, I participate in a special visit starting at 9:30 am. We will see the Kano School's luxurious, high-quality gold-painted barrier paintings in a large size.

After getting acquainted with Japanese beauty at Kinji-in, go to the approach to Nanzenji Temple. It is Sanmon of a magnificent figure to see in the other side of the green maple tree-lined tree. Here, after going through the gate, it is recommended to look back once.
The Kabuki "Taromon Gosanjo" is famous for the scene where Ishikawa Goemon guards from the tower as "an amazing scenery".
The view of the green maple cut off by a massive column is like a picture in a picture frame. By the way, it is one of the pleasures to rise to this Sanmon, Rojo. It is said that the colorful ceiling painting is a painting by Kano Seiya on Gokuraku Pure Land. So to speak, this is the pure land on the tower.

When we return to Tendoi to approach, and look at the temple with a beautiful Zen-style tiled roof, this is the highlight. It is a national treasure, Nanzen temple. Looking from the broad edge of the large length is the Yusansui Garden, which is considered to be the work of Kobori Enshu. The megaliths that lie sideways look like a tiger crossing a white sand river, so it's called the "Tiger Child's Garden".

Otojo of Nanzen-ji is a rebuilt building of the Kyoto Imperial Palace, where Toyotomi Hideyoshi had given his way. The following Shokata is a small school in Fushimi Castle. The barrier picture is the work of the Kano school. Above all, the masterpiece of Kano suyuyuro, "Gun tiger figure" over 40 襖 is very powerful. The tiger depicted in "The Tiger of Water" is so dynamic that it seems to be jumping out now.

As you exit Nanjo-jikata, what appeared on the left is a water brick with red bricks. It is one of the Kyoto modern architecture created in 1890 to carry the water of Lake Biwa to Kyoto. First of all, go through the arch of this hydrographic structure and visit Nanzen-in, a separate hospital that stands above the stone steps.
This is the ruins of the palace where Kameyama Hoki who later opened Nanzenji lived. The elegant garden that conveys the taste of those days is the Ikesen Swing Garden, which is also reported as being created by the Pope himself at the end of Kamakura. Take a leisurely walk around the lower pond where there is a dragon-shaped upper pond and a small island where Kojima is arranged in the shape of "heart". If you walk to the back of the garden, the fresh greens reflected in the water of the pond are just a touch to the pope's joy that it liked the land so beautiful and scenic.

A hideout cafe located just a few minutes from Sanmon on Nanzenji Temple. The famous Kyoto restaurant "Taian-en" runs on the second floor of an elegant building. Murinan
It was built in 1896 in 1896 as a former villa of the Meiji and Taisho eras and a mountainous area Arisu. The garden is the work of the seventh generation Ogawa Haruka.
